Well, I decided to make my own little blog today just for fun! I was inspired by the wonderful person Maris Degener. (go check her out! https://www.yogamaris.net/ ) Through her struggles, what has helped her is writing and finding outlets, such as her art and especially yoga. By watching her documentary I felt so inspired. All you need in life is to feel at peace with yourself and ride the waves to happiness. I'm bored so I thought why not show my outlets! Probably 2 people will see this but it's just a journal for me and a reason to wake up inspired. i hope you can take something from this and feel inspired after giving it a look! :) Today I started a "Chloe Ting workout program" and oh. my. goodness gracious its really hard but I'm determined to keep going! I chose the 3 week program for toned arms and core. The first workout was 35 minutes long and it was three of her workout videos. After each video, I was DYING, but its whatever because afterwards I did cool down yoga and I feel great now.
Yoga today was special. Even though I don't have a mat yet and used a ghetto beach towel held down by weights and I only followed a "yoga by Adrienne" for the 50th time it feels like, it was special. I had my best friend in mind the whole time. Elizabeth has been my best friend from since we were months old and shes such the little yoga master! She was inspired by Maris as well and probably more inspired than me, she wants to be a yoga instructor! Anyways, I kept her breathing techniques in mind and some of her poses and I just felt so happy and calm. Living with anxiety is the opposite of that and I just can't get enough of that feeling. That's why I want to start my yoga journey! I'm buying my yoga mat tonight. Thats it. I'm doing it! ;)
